Why is my shipment delayed?  

We appreciate your patience and apologize for any delay. While we are still fulfilling orders on-time, due to the impact of COVID-19 carriers have experienced some shipping delays. 90% of our deliveries ship via USPS and may be delayed. Keep an eye on your email for delivery updates. 

Where is my order confirmation email? 

We're sorry for the confusion with locating your order confirmation email. Sometimes the email will get sorted into another folder within your email, please check the different folders in your email to identity order confirmation. My discount code is not working, what do I do?

Where are your products shipped from?

We ship from 1 shipping facility in Los Angeles – everything this handled with the upmost safety and care.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer the following expedited shipping options: · Ground Shipping - UPS · 3 Day Select - UPS

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

How can I pay for my order?

Clothing Shop Online currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How long will it take me to get my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days.

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. You can also see the current status of your order via the confirmation email send upon purchase.  

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through contacting us at [email protected]

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our contact via [email protected] to make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] to inquire re: returns. initiate the returns process.

What do I do if my order is damaged? 

We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship at different times. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our storefront in LA. Product sizing varies between different products and styles. Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page.
